Please read these terms carefully before using this website or placing an order. By accessing annabrewer.co.uk you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. About this website

This website is operated by Anna Brewer, a British/Swedish artist based in London (“we”, “us”, “Anna Brewer”). It is intended for the display of original artworks and the sale of limited editions.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including artwork images, photographs, text, design and code — is the intellectual property of Anna Brewer or licensed to her, and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, display or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission.

Purchase of an edition or original artwork grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display the work. It does not transfer copyright or grant any right to reproduce, resell or exhibit the work commercially.

3. Purchasing editions

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to update prices at any time before an order is placed.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details.

4. Shipping and delivery

  • Editions are dispatched within 5–10 working days of an order being placed.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

5. Returns and refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, unless the item is a personalised or made-to-order product.

To cancel, contact us at info@annabrewer.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging at your expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We do not accept returns on items that are damaged due to misuse, or on digital downloads.

6. Original artworks

Enquiries regarding original artworks are handled directly by Anna Brewer. Sale of an original artwork is subject to a separate agreement and is not governed by these terms. Please use the contact form to make an enquiry.

7. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to ensure that artwork dimensions, edition sizes, materials and colours are accurately represented. However, colours may vary depending on your screen settings, and slight variations in print dimensions are normal. We cannot guarantee that your screen accurately represents the colours of a physical work.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anna Brewer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Links to third-party sites

This website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites and do not endorse them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
